Lars and Ann were really great hosts. Their place was perfect for our golf/tennis trip with friends coming in from NY, LA and other parts of the U.S. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom and space while still accommodating for communal time and conversation. There are a LOT of scammy listings in Miami but Lars and Ann were very communicative and friendly.

I highly recommend staying at this place! Ann and Lars did so much to accommodate all our needs. Perfect set up for our bachelor party needs. There was more than enough beds for the 14 of us. The place was very clean when we arrived and they had someone clean up the place each morning as well. This place was so great they even surprised us with a cake for our bachelor. There was always someone nearby or willing to help if we needed anything as well! Perfect service!

Ann and Lars were incredible hosts
from our booking 6 months ago to our actual trip. They had thoughtful suggestions that we’re so helpful (and that we actually used!). Their house was beautiful, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Honestly the perfect venue for a getaway , reunion, or fun girls weekend/bach. I’d honestly throw a board meeting here! We joked Ann and Lars were part of our group because their hospitality was present throughout everything that weekend. I would also like to shout out that they have amazing people who work for them who were also so lovely to work with this weekend. Will definitely be recommending them and this property in the future.

Fantastic home and hosts! I held my bachelorette party at Ann and Lars' Airbnb and we had a truly terrific time. They were great hosts in all ways - leaving us a kind welcome gift and other snacks/drinks, communicating clearly and promptly, and tidying up the place during our stay. They even helped us retrieve a package that one guest had ordered to the wrong address by accident! I could not have asked for a better experience.

I cannot speak more highly of this place and the hosts. It was perfect for our team as we visited for a conference. The courtyard was awesome and private. So much to do in one spot. Lars and Ann gave us great suggestions on where to eat and so attentive to our requests. I hope to stay here again!!

This space was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and well-loved by Ann and Lars. They also met with us when we reached the home and were very friendly, gave us some fun recommendations to check out and were responsive when we needed anything or had any questions. There were two separate houses on the property, which provided a little space for my large family and me, which was nice, as well as a gym and private pool. The beach was about a 30-minute walk, as well as some of the attractions around South Beach. Overall really enjoyed our stay there!

Ann & Lars are legit great hosts, and wonderful people as well. The space is private & spacious, ideal for groups, and easily sleeps the amount suggested. We used it an an idyllic base camp for a work project, and its location and amenities were perfect. Highly recommend and look forward to getting back next year. -David

Let me start with the word...."Amazing". Amazing home, amazing outdoor space, rooms...everything. I'm a HUGE fan and this was one of my best experiences on Airbnb. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming; I really could not have asked for more. Awesome recommendations on where to go, eat and just how to maximize the experience. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay; this has to be on your list. This will be the place that I plan on coming back to again and again. It was really that great.

This place was awesome and absolutely PERFECT if you're coming with a larger group of friends / bachelor / bachelorette etc. We don't care about being right next to the beach but it was a short walk / Uber / scooter etc. Prime location though for getting in/out of South Beach and a short walk to the grocery store / restaurants / etc.

This was the perfect place for a Miami get away. Tranquility and Miami Beach usually aren’t heard in the same sentence but in this case you can have your cake and eat it too. While you’re close enough to all the Miami day/night life you can handle, this very private, cozy, and tranquil villa style property provides the perfect backdrop and home base. Warm pool, hot jacuzzi, and cool breezes as you can spend lots of time outside. Love love love this place!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Ann & Lars’ home. There are many amenities on the property from a pool, spa and mini golf green area that we all could enjoy. We had 11 people and there were plenty of space to accommodate everyone. It was so nice to be welcomed starting with the tour of the home and to be surprised with champagne & strawberries as well! The house was a great location right in SoBe. The host even offered great suggestions to eat and have drinks at. On top of that, they also worked with me on additional items such as personal chef and other local suggestions. Thank you Ann for being so accommodating to our group. I will definitely rent again from you!

Don't pay attention to 90% of the pictures on the listing. They have nothing to do with the property or even things/places near the property. Although my husband and our friends had a wonderful time, it had everything to do with each other's company and not the property. We did enjoy gathering outside by the pool but the location is not great in our opinion. It's directly on a very very busy road that is fairly loud at times in the house. It is also a considerable walk to most things like restaurants and shops. It is no where near the beach. The home was clean and if you like TV, well there is a TV just about anywhere you look so if the weather is bad and you like TV, you are all set.

Great space with plenty of bedrooms and flexibility for more people. Nice backyard area with a small pool. Great for relaxing with a family or friends. They provided great tips and easy check in. The only problem I have is the location doesn't match the listing. They tell you that in an email after you click book and before its accepted, but most people search for listings using the map feature. No reason to use a corporate office address instead of the property. If you find the actual location to be acceptable, this is a GREAT VALUE booking!

This was an amazing place and wonderful host. We needed to stay in Miami Beach and could not ask for a better place to stay. Few mins to Lincoln mall and south beach. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed it very much. Mini golf everyone had a good time. The pool area we spent a quality time with the family in the mornings. Next time when we visit Miami Beach I will go back to Ann & Lars place. Thank you for having us. This was a special occasion and Ann & Lars made it very special.

We stayed at Ann & Lars place with a group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing. The property looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was so clean, comfortable beds, lots of space. The communication was great and they responded very quickly to our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Miami with a large group!
